1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Balık Bulucu (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. User Content

Fishing reports, photos, and other content you submit ("User Content") remain yours, but by posting them you grant us a license to display them within the App's community features. We may remove User Content that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. In-App Purchases

Optional premium features (such as an ad-free upgrade) are offered as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by the respective platform in accordance with its own policies.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Marine weather, wave, and solunar forecasts provided in the App are estimates based on third-party data sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of conditions on the water. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions when fishing or boating, and should always consult official maritime authorities before heading out.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
