Delete your Balık Bulucu account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Balık Bulucu: Map & Weather, the fishing app published by TUBU ARGE A.Ş. on Google Play and the App Store.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@tubu.io from the email address you use to sign in to Balık Bulucu.
2. Use the subject line "Balık Bulucu Account Deletion Request".
3. In the message, say whether you want your whole account deleted, or only your Balık Bulucu data deleted while keeping the account.
4. We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

You can also open this page from the app: Profile → Delete my account.

What is deleted

• Your account profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
• Fishing spots you added, including their photos and descriptions.
• The link between your account and your subscription on our servers.

Your catch journal is stored only on your device. It is not on our servers and is removed when you delete the app.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and subscription records (date, product, amount, transaction ID) are kept for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 10 years in Türkiye), and are not used for anything else.
• Analytics data that cannot identify you may be kept in aggregate form.

Deletion requests are usually completed within 24 hours, and always within 30 days. Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store; deleting your account does not cancel them, so please cancel your subscription in your store account first.
